Project Preparation:

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the painting area is adequately prepared before our team arrives. This includes moving furniture, covering floors, and any other necessary preparations.

Access to the Property:

The client is responsible for providing access to the property for the agreed-upon dates and times. If access is denied or delayed, additional charges may apply.

Quality Assurance:

We strive to provide high-quality painting services. If you are not satisfied with the work, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe, and we will work to address your concerns.

Intellectual Property:

All content, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, on our website and promotional materials is the property of Paintexpro Pty Ltd and may not be used without our written consent.

Liability:

Paintexpro Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services. We recommend reviewing our liability policies with our team before the commencement of the project.

Outstanding Invoice Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment Terms:

a. Invoices are due and payable agreed on the contract or purchase order otherwise agreed upon in writing by Paintexpro Pty Ltd .

b. Payments not received within the specified timeframe will be considered overdue.

2. Late Payment Fees:

a. A late payment fee of 2% of the outstanding balance may be applied to invoices not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe.

b. Late payment fees will accrue on a daily basis until the outstanding balance is settled.

3. Suspension of Services:

a. Paintexpro Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of overdue payments.

b. Services will not resume until all outstanding invoices, including late fees, are paid in full.

4. Debt Collection:

a. In the event that an invoice remains unpaid beyond two weeks from the due date, Paintexpro Pty Ltd may engage the services of a debt collection agency.

b. The client shall be responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to legal fees and collection agency fees, incurred in the collection of outstanding balances.

5. Dispute Resolution:

a. If the client disputes any part of the invoice, they must notify Paintexpro Pty Ltd in writing within seven days of receiving the invoice.

b. During the resolution of a dispute, the undisputed portion of the invoice must be paid by the due date.

6. Payment Methods:

a. Payments can be made through the methods specified on the invoice, including but not limited to credit card and bank transfer.

b. The client is responsible for any transaction fees associated with the chosen payment method.

7. Communication:

a. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Paintexpro Pty Ltd  promptly of any changes to billing information.

8. Interest on Overdue Payments:

a. In addition to late payment fees, interest may be charged on overdue balances at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum allowable rate under applicable law, whichever is lower.

9. Right to Amend Terms:

a. Paintexpro Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these outstanding invoice terms and conditions. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
